When/where is Pretty Thing Tour?

For summer 2019, we’re hit New York in September and Los Angeles in November.

Do I have to be a certain age to attend?

Yeah, girl. Tour is 21+. The alcohol will be flowing. For your safety (and tbh ours), we can’t have anyone underage at our events.

I can’t make it! When and where is the next one?

Due to the apocalypse that is 2020, Tour is currently postponed until live events resume.

Why a one-day summit?

We got feedback from our community that one day is preferred for logistical reasons. As creative entrepreneurs ourselves, we know how hard it can be to either A.) take off consecutive days, and/or B.) afford travel expenses and accommodations for multiple days of travel.

REGISTRATION

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds for Pretty Thing Tour. However, your registration is transferable should something come up.

How do I transfer my pass to someone else?

Once you have found someone to transfer your ticket to, please email us at hey@prettythingla.com, with the attendee’s information. We’ll need all the correct registration information for the guest (Name, phone, address, email, etc) but, aside from that, you’re good to go.

Corporate discounts?

Yes! We’re offering corporate discounts for groups 6 or more. What better excuse to go do something fun and productive on a Saturday with your work besties? Email us at hey@prettythingla.com and we’ll generate a code for your group purchase.

Student discounts?

Email us at hey@prettythingla.com FROM your active student email account (must be a .edu) and we’ll send you a private one-time only code to use at checkout.

Military discounts?

We are offering a 10% discount to military service members. Please email us at hey@prettythingla.com with proof of military service to receive a code to be used at checkout.

When/where do I pick up my badge?

At registration, it will be v obvious when you walk into the venue. Please be sure to have your confirmation email and valid ID ready.

Can I volunteer?

We have a limited number of spots available for volunteers for each leg of Tour, and is first come-first served, but yes! Email us at hey@prettythingla.com and we’ll let you know if we can bring you on in this capacity. Thank you, btw!

EVENT LOGISTICS

Am I able to leave and re-enter?

Yes! We actually encourage it as we’ll have Pretty Thing Tour exclusive deals, promos, and pop-ups active throughout the city day of the event. Be sure to have your badge and your ID ready for re-entry.

Will you have a place to hold my luggage?

No, sorry. This is more of a safety issue than anything else, as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items at the event.  

Will you have gender-neutral bathrooms?

Yes!

Is your event ADA-compliant?

Yes!
